This workshop aims to provide an understanding of the responsibility and liabilities of engineers, owners, and contractors, and advise ways for engineers to eliminate trouble upfront by using the right language and procedures in the contract and specification. With demonstration of real life examples and case laws, participants will also learn the actions to take during the design phase and construction phase which will help reduce and eliminate liability issues.
