Extreme significant defects may occur long after the original work has been completed and require extensive remedial works to fix. This workshop will provide an overview of defective construction works and highlight the practical issues in the legal context. Through an interactive approach, this workshop will involve demonstration, discussion and case studies that enabling participants to grasp necessary knowledge and skills to deal with the situations in their daily work.
