BS ISO 13053 -: 2011 and ASQ BOK are selected as the reference
guideline for training scope development. Apparently, it is a
valuable opportunity in Hong Kong society that a more structural
standard is being adopted for Lean Six Sigma training.

This certification program aims at preparing the students for
developing him / her as Qualified Lean Six Sigma Professional –
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, upon completion.
The graduate from this program will be capable of leading process
improvement projects by applying Lean Six Sigma principles and
tools. The course uses case studies to demonstrate how to perform
business process re-engineering, improve products and services
quality to customers, and present the result as savings.

In addition to attending the training program, each Lean Green Belt
candidate should complete one company based Six Sigma project.
This project provides the Green Belt candidate opportunity to
demonstrate his / her knowledge and ability to apply the Six Sigma
tools appropriate for Green Belt level.

Mainly in Cantonese supplemented with English terms.
