In engineering or construction industries, you might need to work with different business partners such as suppliers, vendors, contractors or even competitors. Quite often, project team will get stuck with their partners due to different personality styles, unclear expectation, poor negotiation and conflict management skills. The DISC system is a study of human personality types and the interaction of people under pressure.  This course is particularly designed for engineers or managers who want to brush up their skills and work more effectively with your peers, bosses or partners.
