Important Notes:

• Each registrant should complete a separate registration process. However, if you would like to register for a group of 10 delegates or more, you may complete the Group Registration Form and return it to the Conference Secretariat by email to conf3@hkie.org.hk.

• The information provided will be used for the purpose of communicating with you on matters relating to the Conference.

• The Organiser(s) intends to use the personal data (i.e. your name, email address) you provided in this form for the purpose of sending you information on the Organiser(s) promotional and educational activities but we will not so use the data unless we have received your consent.

• Registration implies consent that any pictures or video taken during the Conference can be used by the Organiser(s) for HKIE promotional purpose.

• Any personal data provided in this form will be used for the purpose of carrying out activities related to the Conference. You are required to supply the data in order to the Conference. The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) intends to use the personal data you provided in this form for the purpose of sending you information on the HKIE’s promotional and educational activities but we will not use the data unless received your consent. You may seek access to or correction of the information by addressing your request to the Conference Secretariat.

• No refund or cancellation will be accepted, but a substitute participant is normally permitted. Please inform the Conference Secretariat of your substitute participant at least seven working days before the Conference.

• The Organiser(s) reserves the right to amend the programme without prior notice. In the event of cancellation of the Conference, the only liability of the Organiser(s) is to refund all the fees paid.

• If you do not wish to receive further mailing from us, please inform the Conference Secretariat in writing.

PROCEDURES

1. Please use the “Tab” key to move to the next field. All information should be types in upper and lower case (e.g. William Smith). Your information will be encrypted and securely sent to the Conference Secretariat once you have press the “Confirm and Submit” button.
2. No resubmission of registration is allowed through this online programme. Should you wish to make any changes after finishing the online registration, promptly email to the Conference Secretariat at conf3@hkie.org.hk.
3. The registration pages will time out after 15 minutes. Please ensure you have all necessary information at hand when you begin the registration.
