Price

HK$2,200 per person which covers pre-dinner cocktail and a western set dinner. Other drinks during and after the dinner will be on members' own account.

Notes to participants

1. All members of the Institution are encouraged to attend the dinner and to invite guests to attend. Members are advised that this is an occasion upon which invitations should be extended to those engaged in engineering or have substantial dealings with engineers and leaders of other learned professions.
2. Each (circular) table will be for 12 persons. If a booking is made for less than 12 persons, the Institution reserves the right to place additional persons at such tables or to charge for vacant places.
3. If you book a table (12 persons) or more, a set of invitation cards and place cards as well as a wine list with an order form, will be sent to you upon receipt of the full payment.
4. No refund will be made once the registration has been confirmed. The Institution reserves the right to decide on the final allocation of tables and seatings. All payments should be settled before 13 March 2026. After this date, the Institution reserves the right to release the tables/seats reserved to other interested parties.
5. The Institution plans to take photographs and video material at the HKIE Annual Dinner and reproduce them in news or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other media, including website of the Institution. By participating at the Dinner, you grant the right to the Institution for using your photograph and footage for such purposes.
