Introduction
ISO 15189:2022 Quality Management System incorporates quality and competence requirements of ISO9001 and ISO17025 to address the particular needs of medical laboratories.
This two-days course provides participants an overview of the ISO15189 quality management system; the knowledge and preparation for internal auditing.
Objectives
The course provides an overview of the principles and requirements of the international standard ISO 15189:2022.
The participants will gain the knowledge to plan and conduct internal audit and prepare audit report of medical laboratory.
