Introduction

It is CIC-accredited BIM Coordinator Course that aims at  training up participant with the capabilities to be eligible as a certified BIM Coordinator under the CIC Certification Scheme. After the completion of the course, participant should have acquired the core competencies of a certified BIM Coordinator under the Scheme, such as BIM Concept, BIM Uses, BIM Processes, and Model Audit.

Objectives

Upon successful completion of the course students will be able to:

  • Coordinate BIM projects and multidisciplinary collaboration for execution of BIM projects

Remarks

Pre-requisite and admission requirement:

  • Worked in construction industry for more than 1 year;
  • Worked in at least one local BIM project;  
  • Basic operation of Autodesk Revit;
  • The reference letter to prove the working experience;
  • Certificates for Autodesk Revit Training at least 30 hours;
  • For Self-learning participant(s) without relevant certificates, passing an admission assessment is needed;
  • We will provide a self-designed online form to assess the applicant(s), the passing mark must be at least 60 score.
  • Priority will be given to project coordinator and professionals, who have completed their higher diploma in architecture, engineering, surveying, building or construction.

  • All participants in the construction industry working for Architectural / Structural / Building Services / Civil / Building or
  • Those who are interested in CIC Certified BIM Coordinator are welcome to apply.

 

AWARD:

A certificate of completion will be awarded to the delegates with at least 75% of attendance and pass the end assessment
