ISO 9001 is the most recognized standard internationally on Quality Management System.

The standard, taken into consideration the needs and expectation of customers, specified a systematic framework and approach to establish and implement a quality management system and attain continuous improvements. This course is designed to facilitate organizations and individuals to understand the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standards for enhance the awareness and understanding the content of new international standards


This course enables delegates to acquire a general awareness of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, understand the requirements of the standards, and the improvements over the previous version. It covers the key elements from system implementation to certification. It is designed for executives, managers or quality professionals who are responsible for or involved in the implementation of ISO 9001:2015.
