To prevent the injuries/accident, one of the adoptable methods is to implement “5S”. It is a structured approach to getting a workplace cleaned up, organized, standardized, creating efficiency rather than waste, and sustaining improvements made. Unsafe practices are eliminated through the standardization step of 5S. Besides, employees who have more safety knowledge of handling practices when working in warehouse will be more aware of their surroundings of any potential safety hazards .
