Introduction

ISO 9001 encourage device manufacturers to incorporate continuous quality improvement processes as a part of their quality systems. The seven Quality Control tools represent the seven techniques that have been used successfully to measure quality for continuous improvement. These tools, while as simple as they are, represent the cornerstone of skills required to remain competitive in today’s global marketplace. They are applicable to both servicing and manufacturing companies. This course will cover in-depth the application and understanding of these seven tools.
