Introduction

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for Service course is designed to prepare individuals to support process improvement efforts in a transactional /service environment. This allows the Green Belts conduct process-level improvement projects that requires less emphasis on statistical driven tools. Six Sigma Green Belt Training provides participants with enhanced problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) model.

Objectives

To provide participants with a thorough understanding of the Six Sigma methodologies.
Practice the skills and apply the tools for leading organizational change using the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
To combine Lean Methodology, focusing on optimizing flow, increasing speed and reducing waste, with Six Sigma statistical tools to reduce process variation.
