OF THE 15TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) OF
AIRCRAFT DIVISION
NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 15th Annual General Meeting of the Aircraft
Division will be held on Friday, 8 May 2026 at 7:00pm at Regal Airport Hotel, Hong Kong International
Airport, Lantau, Hong
Kong,
for the following purposes:
1. To
receive and confirm the Minutes of the 14th AGM.
2. To
receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Division for Session 2025/2026.
3. To
receive and adopt the Financial Statement of the Division for Session
2025/2026.
4. To
elect the Chairman and Ordinary Members of the Division Committee for Session
2026/2027.
In case
of adjournment of the AGM, members of the Division shall check on the Institution’s
website at http://www.hkie.org.hk and the Division’s website at http://ac.hkie.org.hk of the revised venue, time and date for
the adjourned AGM.

Nominations
for Division Chairman and Ordinary Members
Division
Chairman
The
outgoing Division Committee has decided to nominate Ir Alan TANG Lok On for election as the Chairman for Session
2026/2027.
No
other nomination has been received from members by the nomination deadline.
Ordinary
Members – under Clause 7.2(c) of the Division Rules
The
outgoing Division Committee has decided to opt for the maximum of 14
Ordinary Members, and seven
Ordinary Members
in the Committee shall retire by end of the Session, namely Ir Warren CHIM Wing Nin, Ir Kent WONG Tsz Kin, Ir Gary
SUNG Kar Wing, Ir
LAI Chi Fai, Ir Vitoo
ZHAN Xuewei, Ir
LAM Chi Kin and Ir
Alan TANG Lok On.
Following
the retirement of the above Ordinary Members, there are seven vacancies for the Ordinary Members.
The
Division Committee has decided to nominate the following seven candidates
for Ordinary Members for a three-year term: Ir Warren CHIM Wing Nin, Ir Kent WONG Tsz Kin, Ir
Gary SUNG Kar Wing, Ir Bonnie CHAN Wai Yuk, Ir ZHENG Qiong, Ir Dr Larry LI
Kin Bong and Ir Inness TSE Po Keung.
No
other nomination has been received from members by the nomination deadline.
Ordinary
Members - under Clause 7.2(d) of the Division Rules (i.e. Ordinary Members
of the Committee who are of 40 years of age or below)
Ir Bonnie CHAN Wai
Yuk and Miss Rachel LAI Wai Chung shall retire by end of the
Session. There are two vacancies for the Ordinary Members. The
Division Committee has decided to nominate Miss Rachel LAI Wai Chung and Miss TSE Yan Yin for the
Ordinary Members for a three-year term.
No
