of the 35TH Annual General Meeting (AGM) OF
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS COMMITTEE
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Associate Members
Committee will be held on Tuesday, 5 May 2026 at 6:30pm at James Chiu and
Dragages Rooms, the HKIE Headquarters, 9/F Island Beverley, No 1 Great
George Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, for the following purposes:
1.
To receive
and confirm the Minutes of the 34th AGM.
2.
To receive
and adopt the Annual Report of the Committee for Session 2025/2026.
3.
To receive
and adopt the Financial Statement of the Committee for Session 2025/2026.
4.
To elect
the Chairman and Members of the Committee for Session 2026/2027.
In
case of adjournment of the AGM, members of the Committee shall check on the
Institution’s website at http://www.hkie.org.hk
and the Committee’s website at http://amc.hkie.org.hk
of the revised venue, time and date for the adjourned AGM.

Nominations
for Chairman and Members
Chairman
The
outgoing Committee has decided to re-nominate Mr Patrick LEE Wood Wei for
election as the Chairman for Session 2026/2027.
No
other nomination has been received from members by the nomination deadline.
Members
The
outgoing Committee has decided to opt for the maximum of 15 Members, and
five Members in the Committee shall retire by end of the Session, namely Mr Henry WAI Kok Hing, Mr Ray NG Yiu Yin, Mr Daniel YIP Toa Sun, Mr
Nelson TSANG King Ip and
Mr YUEN Lai Man. Mr Kyle CHEUNG Hok Kiu and
Mr Martin SIU Wai Kwong have resigned from the Committee.
Following
the retirement of the above Members, there are seven vacancies for the
Members.
The
Committee has decided to nominate the following seven candidates for the
Members for a three-year term: Mr
Henry WAI Kok Hing, Mr Ray NG Yiu Yin, Mr Nelson TSANG King Ip, Mr Wilson
FUNG Tsz Bun, Mr CHEUNG Ka Po, Ms Stella HUANG Huashi and Mr CHENG Tak Sum.
No
other nomination has been received from members by the nomination deadline.
