The Coalition, incorporated in 2001, aims to promote the common
interests and the services of the Hong Kong professions in and
outside of Hong Kong and to promote and gain recognition of the
contribution of the professions to the social and economic development
of the Hong Kong community. Ir Dr CHAN Fuk Cheung represented the
HKIE to serve as Director of the Coalition.
Joint Professional Centre (JPC)

The JPC was incorporated in 2000 and it aims at enhancing productivity
of professionals and creating collective synergy among professionals
towards developing Hong Kong as a regional professional services
centre. The current representative of the HKIE onto the Board
of Directors of the JPC is Ir CHU Pui Kwan Reuben.

Professional Green Building Council
(PGBC) - www.hkpgbc.org
The PGBC, formed in 2002, is a non-profit making research and
education institute to promote a better sustainable built environment
through professional involvement. The HKIE representatives onto
the Board of Directors of the PGBC are , Ir CHU Pui Kwan Reuben,
Ir LEE Wing Woo Maurice and Ir CHOY Kin Kuen.
HKIE members are welcome by the HKIP to join
as its Affiliates. Members who are interested to join may refer
