Introduction |
| |
|
| |
Requests for Training Secondment during Scheme "A" training
period arise when trainees to second by the "parent" organization
to another organization, such as an associate company or a sub-contractor.
Such training secondment may be necessary to meet the training
requirements. They are further encouraged in situations where trainees
could broaden their experience (e.g. design office and site experience)
toward the added breadth of Scheme "A" training.
