Note: Please submit a copy of your student card clearly marked with the delegates name in English and Registration Reference Number.

Confirmation of Registration & Official Receipt
  • Registrant will receive an acknowledgement by email immediately if the online registration process is successfully completed.
  • An official receipt will be provided to all registered delegates upon receipt of the payment.
  • All payments should reach the Conference Secretariat within 2 weeks after the Registration Form has been submitted online. The Organiser reserves the right to release and cancel the booking if the appropriate payment is not received on time.
Payment Methods
  • Payment can be made by cheque (for local delegates only) or credit card (VISA/ MasterCard).
  • Crossed Cheque or Bank Draft made payable to "The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers" should be sent to the Conference Secretariat.
Letter of Invitation

The Conference Secretariat will send a letter of invitation upon request. The invitation is intended to facilitate participants’ travel and visa arrangement and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

Important Notes
  • Registrations are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
  • The Conference Secretariat will confirm the registration upon receipt of the registration fee.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. If the Conference Secretariat receives a written cancellation of registration on or before 12 June 2015, a refund will be made but a cancellation charge of 25% of the registration fee paid will be deducted. We regret that no refund will be made for cancellations after this date. In the latter case, the non-attending delegates will receive a Programme & Proceedings.
  • Participants and/or their accompanying persons are advised to take out their own insurance policies to cover against various contingencies such as personal accident, personal liability, medical expense, financial loss incurred through disruption to travel arrangements, damage to or loss of property. The organisers are not responsible for nor to be held liable for any claims whatsoever caused or howsoever arisen.
