papers which are not prepared according to the guidelines given.

Please upload the files of abstract and full paper in BOTH
WinWord and Portable Document Format (PDF). |

Please note that the size of each document file should be
below 2MB. Otherwise you will encounter an error message. |

If the submission is successful and the entered email address
is a valid one, the author will soon receive an acknowledgement
by email. |

No resubmission of full paper is allowed through this online
programme. Should you wish to re-submit your full paper or to
make any changes, promptly send to the Conference Secretariat
by email to conf3@hkie.org.hk.
