Programme highlights
The Development Bureau of the HKSARG would adopt a wider use of Dispute Resolution Advisors (DRA) in public works contracts. The speakers, Ir Gary K L Soo, Secretary-General of HKIAC and Mr C K Ho, a Serving DRA, will give an introduction to the DRA process and share experience on the roles/ functions of DRAs. Mr Mickey C W Wong, Past President of CIOB(HK) will join the two speakers in the Q&A session.
