Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) - Briefing Session on "Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance"

The Legislative Council Election (LCE) of Hong Kong will take place on 7 September 2008. In this regard, the ICAC will organise a briefing session to brief the HKIE members who are eligible electors in Engineering Functional Constituency and Information Technology Functional Constituency on the elections.

The briefing session aims to help prospective candidates, election helpers and electors to understand the "Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance (ECICO) and alert them to legal requirements governing electioneering behaviours during the forthcoming LCE.

Time: 6:30pm to 7:30pm (Registration starts at 6:15pm)
