Annual General Meeting for the Session 2010/2011
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the HKIEGS AGM for the session 2010/2011 will be held on 19 May 2011 (Thursday) at 5:30pm in the Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course Function Room, with the following agenda:
To receive the Chairman's Report for the session 2010/2011
To receive the Hon Treasurer's Report for the session 2010/2011
To elect Chairman and New Committee Members
To elect Hon Auditors

Nominations for the HKIE Golf Society Chairman and Ordinary Members
Chairman
The outgoing Golf Society Committee has decided to nominate Ir K C MA for election as Chairman for the 2011/2012 Session.
Ordinary Members
Four ordinary members in the Committee shall retire by the end of the Session, namely Ir Prof Reuben CHU, Ir C M WONG, Ir K C MA and Ir Philco WONG.
The Golf Society Committee has decided to nominate the following candidates for ordinary member for a three-year term: Ir Edwin CHUNG, Ir William YICK and Ir YEUNG Tak Hing.
Every registered member of the Golf Society may nominate in writing any duly qualified persons as candidates for election as ordinary members of the Committee. Each nomination, together with the assent in writing of the candidate to accept office if elected, should be forwarded to the Honorary Secretary of the HKIE Golf Society no later than 13 May 2011, c/o the HKIE Secretariat. Members of HKIEGS are encouraged to attend the AGM even if they do not participate in the HKIEGS Chairman Cup Golf Competition on that day.
