  • The facilitator is a Certified Black Belt and has over 20 years of marketing, sales experience in Greater China, Asean and Australia. He worked for a US based multinational chemical company.

  • Led Six Sigma projects in China and Asean countries in marketing, sales and human resources areas.

  • Experienced in business process re-engineering and implementation with extensive project consulting and change management experience.


INTRODUCTION Six Sigma Champion Training enables senior management professionals to learn more about Six Sigma and to become capable of planning and sponsoring Six Sigma projects. Our training provides a detailed overview of how organisations can successfully deploy Six Sigma to increase productivity.

  • Understand how to define problems, not solutions (through the DMAIC approach to problem solving from the customer perspective)
