INTRODUCTION Today’s organisations are using teams to carry out tasks and solve problems. To get the job done, managers and team leaders need to communicate and cooperate. Facilitation is the key to this critical skill set. It is what one or more persons do during meetings of teams to help their team proceed with efficiency and effectiveness toward their goals, while maintaining or improving their capacity to move toward these goals. This workshop will show you how to become an effective facilitator. Understanding the model for superior facilitation shall enhance your facilitation skills and utilise teams to reach organisational objectives.
