Companies (other than government organizations) approved for providing Scheme "A" Training are eligible to apply for the financial subsidy for their Scheme "A" trainees. This subsidy is administered by the Vocational Training Council (VTC) on behalf of the Hong Kong SAR Government as a part of its Engineering Graduate Training Scheme.
