PUBLICATION AND PRESENTATIONS
All accepted abstracts and paper for presentation
will be published in the Conference proceedings in printed
or/and electronic form. Instructions to authors will be forwarded
upon acceptance of the abstract.
The Technical Committee will sort accepted
abstracts into relevant themes. Presenters will also be requested
to stipulate preference for an oral or poster presentation.
However, the Technical Committee will reserve the right to
allocate abstracts for either oral or poster presentations.
Authors are assumed to give consent and authorise
the Organiser to publish the abstract and full presentation
paper, and to include them in any conference publications.

Presentation Guideline
LANGAUAGE
English is the official language and will
be adopted in all the publications and presentations.
REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee is tentatively set at
HK$4,000 for Early Bird Special and HK$4,800 for the normal
rate. The fee will cover attendance at the full conference
programme, the proceedings, the conference dinner, lunches
and refreshments during the session breaks.
All presenting authors are required
to register for the Conference. Presentation and publication
in the Conference proceedings are subject to full payment
of registration fee.
